Sound Scheme for ICQ

Now get a great sound scheme for your icq courtesy of Gerald Lee
Follow these steps to customize your ICQ sounds to those of Futurama. It's easy and it's fun.
  • Download the ICQ Sound Scheme Here (1 MB)
  • Download Season 2 ICQ Sound Scheme Here (2.4 MB) NEW
  • Use Winzip to uncompress the zipped up file. When unzipping use the directory where you installed ICQ to extract to.

    Example: C:\Program Files\ICQ

    This will put it in a directory where you can store it. Eventually it will extract but that is below.

  • Once you have the above done start ICQ. Once started click on the ICQ button (1) on the bottom left and then click on preferences (2). All numbered items refer to the picture to the left.

  • Once that is complete click on the events tag (3) and that will open up the window shown. From there click on configure (4) and another box will open up. Now you will have to click on the button to the right (not shown) called import. Once there you need to go to the directory where you extracted the futurama sound scheme download and double click on it. If done, it should show up in the sound scheme directory. (5)
